Cancellation Policy

LotusTouch Massage is by appointments only. We do not accept walk-ins. Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please visit online or call, text or email within a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged any late cancel fees. The late cancellation fees are; $50 for all services.

Safety Policy

LotusTouch Massage is a professional massage therapy practice and any inappropriate or sexual behavior will lead to the immediate termination of the massage and full payment will be kept.

LotusTouch will ask for a photo ID before the appointment to confirm the identity of the booking.
