Cancellation Policy

LotusTouch Massage is by appointments only. We do not accept walk-ins. Appointments can be scheduled by text or online. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please visit online or text within a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged any late cancel fees. The late cancellation/no show fees are $100 for all services.

LotusTouch Massage respects everyone’s privacy and will not share contact or payment information with anyone .

LotusTouch Massage is located inside Salon Lofts in a suite-style environment. Please note that individual suites are not completely soundproof.

Safety Policy

LotusTouch Massage is a professional massage therapy practice and any inappropriate or sexual behavior will lead to the immediate termination of the massage and full payment will be kept.

LotusTouch will ask for a photo ID before the appointment to confirm the identity of the booking.
